Shipping within Switzerland
Ordered products will be shipped to any location in Switzerland and Liechtenstein within 1-3 working days after the order is received. We ship our products using Swiss Post’s PostPac Priority service. Delivery is made directly to the address you provide.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage (A-Post). Two separate orders cannot be combined. Shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.

Free shipping for orders over: CHF 80.00
Pickup in boutique: free of charge
International Shipping
Orders abroad are shipped with UPS (United Parcel Service). Delivery times, shipping costs as well as customs and import fees vary from country to country and are displayed during checkout. Please review the applicable costs for your destination during the ordering process.
USA
Despite the increased import and shipping costs since August 1, 2025, we are pleased to continue offering our customers in the USA the opportunity to order our chocolates. Please note that shipping costs are currently higher than usual.
For delivery delays beyond our control, such as those caused by force majeure, traffic congestion, bad weather conditions, unusual or unexpected detention by customs authorities, etc., Thomas Müller Chocolatier is not liable, and these do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or claim damages. If the delivery of goods fails due to the fault of the customer despite two delivery attempts, Thomas Müller Chocolatier may withdraw from the contract. No refunds will be issued for unsuccessful deliveries (e.g., failure to pick up, incorrect delivery addresses, etc.).
If possible, please place your order 3-4 days before the desired delivery date.
