Pralines & Chocolates with Custom Molds
Your Logo in Chocolate
Whether as a praline, bar, or chocolate piece – we bring your idea to life as a high-quality mold with a custom relief. Ideal for brand presentations, corporate gifts, or exclusive occasions.
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum quantity for producing a custom mold is 50 units. Depending on the size and design of the mold, this typically results in a production volume of approximately:
– around 1,500 pieces for pralines
– around 150–300 pieces for chocolate bars
Mold Production & Process
Custom Chocolate Molds
We have your desired shape produced by a specialized manufacturer of professional polycarbonate molds – suitable for pralines, chocolate bars, discs, or hollow figures. The mold is crafted precisely to your idea – for repeatable, accurate results.
Process
– The design (logo, symbol, graphic element) is provided by the client
– We check feasibility and forward it to the mold manufacturer
– The manufacturer creates a chargeable sample mold to verify technical feasibility
– Once the sample mold is received, we produce a chocolate sample so you can assess the effect and details of your design in the original material
– Production only begins after written approval of the sample (“proof approval”)
– After your approval, the final polycarbonate mold is produced
Graphic preparation is the responsibility of the client. We’re happy to advise you on technical feasibility if needed.
Timeline
Mold Production (by our partner):
– Technical drawing: approx. 10 working days
– Sample mold: approx. 10 working days
– Final mold production: approx. 4 weeks
Chocolate Production (by us):
– Chocolate sample: within approx. 1 week after receiving the finished mold
