The Truffes Origine Voa 9 collection takes you back to the very roots of flavour. For the crisp outer shell, we process fine Madagascar cocoa beans in their entirety—whole and unpeeled—giving the chocolate its unique, almost mineral character.
Inside, a smooth-melting ganache contrasts beautifully with the typically fruity, acidic profile and delicate citrus notes. An authentic terroir experience that brings out the pure essence of the whole bean.
As a special highlight, the truffles rest upon a thin chocolate bar crafted from the same single-origin chocolate.
