Delicately melting filling with subtle citrus notes and the distinctive fruity-tart profile of fine Madagascar cocoa. Enrobed in a crisp dark chocolate shell with finely ground cocoa nibs for an aromatic, slightly bitter texture.
Truffes Mocca
Intense coffee notes from Colombian Arabica beans, embedded in a smooth ganache with a harmonious finish.
Truffes Framboise
Fruity and fresh raspberry ganache, coated in dark chocolate and dusted with fine raspberry powder.
