The Truffes Origine Voa take you on a journey into the original world of cocoa. A crisp shell of dark chocolate, almost mineral in character, crafted from whole, unpeeled cocoa beans from Madagascar. Inside, a velvety-smooth filling unfolds with delicate citrus notes and the unmistakable, fruity-tangy profile of fine Madagascar cocoa.
The name VOA means “origin” in the Malagasy language and represents a return to authentic chocolate craftsmanship. The cocoa beans are not conched but only coarsely ground, preserving their original character. Through this gentle processing, the chocolate reveals its pure, unadulterated aroma, showcasing the essence of cocoa in a truly unique way.
