The light Champagne truffles feature a particularly well-balanced, creamy ganache infused with the signature aromas of Moët & Chandon – delicate bubbles, floral notes, and a rounded finish. Coated in fine milk chocolate and lightly dusted with powdered sugar, they are subtle, elegant, and perfectly harmonized.
The dark variety offers a more intense ganache made with dark chocolate, giving the Champagne more room to shine: fine acidity, elegant fruitiness, and a hint of brioche on the finish. Enrobed in dark Grand Cru chocolate and finished with a touch of cocoa powder – bold, refined, and full of character.
