This single-origin dark chocolate with 62% cocoa captures the aromatic richness of the Brazilian rainforest: fruity notes blend with hints of roasted nuts and the refined bitterness of black tea.
The cocoa beans come from southern Bahia, where they mature in the shade of tropical vegetation and are traditionally long-fermented and sun-dried. The dedicated work of our partner plantation M. Libânio, located in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Mata Atlantica, gives this Grand Cru chocolate its depth, strength, and elegance.
