Our Pavés are created in our atelier in Schaffhausen. Each creation is carefully handcrafted and distinguished by refined textures, balanced aromatics and high-quality ingredients.
The Pavés Origine offer a pure chocolate experience crafted from Grand Cru chocolate made with cocoa from the Dominican Republic – elegant, melt-in-the-mouth and delicately dusted with fine cocoa powder.
The Pavés Matcha Latte combine a velvety melt with the distinctive depth of premium matcha. Subtly bitter notes, refined umami and a delicate matcha sugar coating create a modern balance of gentle sweetness and elegant bitterness.
The collection is continuously expanded and refined seasonally – with a focus on origin, craftsmanship and aromatic clarity.
