Our fruit jellies are made from Japanese yuzu – handcrafted, expressive, complex, and with a refined citrus note.
We use only sun-ripened fresh fruits and pure fruit purées. Our recipes are free from artificial flavours, animal-derived gelatine, and preservatives.
